How we operate

Serve Taylor Afterschool is a nonprofit organization in Taylor, Texas.

Our primary means to operate come from donations and the generous support of our community partners.

A $1,500 sponsorship by individuals, groups, or local businesses can cover a student for the entire school year.

$150/month. However, our approach is pay-what-you-can afford and no children are turned away due to cost.

About Us

We serve middle school students each Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm during the school year at 1517 McLain Street, the facilities of Christ Fellowship Church.

Our aim is to assist parents who are unable to be with their children when they get out of school, in seeing their children grow to become respectable and responsible citizens through intergenerational relationships and strong community partnerships.

We have raised funds to build the Tripp Center, a 4,000 square foot intergenerational community education center which will become the new home of Serve Taylor Afterschool.
